Problem Statement

As an Administrator, I want Jira's "Plan your Upgrade" pages, including Upgrading Jira with Zero Downtime , to mirror my deployment options. 

Issue Summary

These pages don't provide additional details, or call outs, for kubernetes or docker specific deployment options which can be confusing to Administrators. In these situations, sometimes Jira is upgraded incorrectly which leads to environment-specific issues.

In this example, Jira is deployed using Kubernetes and is trying to upgrade to a new Major release. Customers want to see more relevant details on this page to help prevent upgrade failures from occurring
