Extend the details in the license expiring banner to include the behaviour when Jira instance has 2 different licenses (JSM+JSW)

      At the moment we only have this public KB explaining the behaviour of the Jira instance whenever license expires and customer has 2 different licenses and only one expires:

      What happens when a Jira license expires Server and Data Center

      It would be great to include all those info and and a link to above KB in the banner that customer view prior to license expiring.
