Label field is not automatically focused when is opened using keyboard shortcut "L"

      Issue Summary

      When you open the label editor using the keyboard shortcut "L" , label field is ready to start writing on it, this is working on version 9 but when you open the label editor for version 10.3.3, label field needs an extra click on it to start writing.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to an issue on the Kanban/Scrum board
      2. Click on any issue
      3. Press keyboard shortcut "L" to open the label panel
      4. You will need to click label to start writing

      Expected Results

      For Jira versions 9.xx you will not need to do the extra click on the label field to start writing

      Actual Results

      For Jira version 10.3.3 you will need to do extra click on the label field to start writing 

      Workaround

      Do an extra click on the label field to start writing label
