Custom Fields not showing up anymore

I upgraded to 3.3 Ent. and started to add projects and custom fields. At first they seemed to show up fine, but then they disappeared. I just now noticed that in my orignal project that I had using 3.2 Pro the 2 custom fields that were in there aren't showing up either anymore. I checked the config over and over again and I cannot find a problem.

I am not sure how to send you the config so you can see it. Screenshots?
