Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the App Usage Knowledgebase article
2. Click on the link to install the app.  
   1. The version compatibility stops at 9.14.
3. There should be a note in the KB that says that the app has been bundled into Jira after this version.  

Expected Results

After the app was bundled into Jira, users should not be instructed to install the app.

Actual Results

There is no note that indicates that this is now bundled.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
