Issue Summary
After activating any "cancel" or "save" button in modal dailog, the keyboard focus moves to the first element in the main content of the page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open "Jira - Home" page.
- Navigate to the header section and activate "Dashboards" expand button.
- Navigate and activate "View System Dashboard" button.
- Navigate and activate "Tools > Set up wallboard slideshow" in main content area.
- Using a screen reader, navigate to the mentioned buttons.
- Activate the button using the Spacebar or Enter key.
- Observe that the focus moves to the first element in the main content instead of moving on the triggering element.

Actual Results
When the user activates the "cancel" or "save" button in the modal dailog (that becomes available on activating "Tools > Set up wallboard slideshow"), the keyboard focus inappropriately moves to the first element in the main content area instead of moving the triggering element.
As a result, screen reader users and keyboard-only users have to navigate back again to the selected checkboxes
Expected Results
When the user close the modal dialog, the keyboard focus should move to the triggering element.
Ensure that the keyboard focus moves the triggering element when the modal dialog is closed which can be achieved via JavaScript focus() method.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
