Issue Summary
Additional content that becomes available when users hover over with a mouse or when their keyboard focus moves on "VERSIONS" and "EPIC" buttons and the "Quick Filters" text it does not gets dismissed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open DC project.
- Activate the "Backlog" link from side navigation.
- Hover on the "VERSIONS" and "EPIC" buttons.
- Activate "ESC" button.
- Observe that the additional content can not be dismissed using the "ESC" button.

Actual Results
Additional content that becomes available when users hover over with a mouse or when their keyboard focus moves on "VERSIONS", "EPIC" buttons and the the "Quick Filters" text it does not gets dismissed. As a result, users with low vision found it difficult to dismiss the additional content.
Expected Results
The users should be able to dismiss the additional content on pressing an Esc key.
Provide a mechanism to dismiss the additional content on pressing an Esc key.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
