Issue Summary
The first and fifth table headers are empty for the "Split issue" table in the "Split issue" modal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open DC project.
- Activate the "Backlog" link from side navigation.
- Activate "Context menu of issues" button.
- Activate the "Split" button.
- Observe that the table has empty headers.

Actual Results
When the screen reader users navigate the data present for first and fifth column of data table, the table header for this column is announcing empty. As a result, it will be confusing experience for screen reader users.
Expected Results
Provide a logical and descriptive table header as "Issue type" and "Actions" for the first and fifth columns of data table respectively.
A visible header text is expected for all the column headers so that all users benefit from it. Data tables provide content in certain context. When the screen readers are informed about a table, they expect for table headers and data cells. Navigating through each cell enables them to identify and interpret tabular content.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
