Issue Summary

Setting the Drop-down menu item - text color to white (#ffffff) in Look and feel settings causes the Issue types dropdown in Project settings to be hidden.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Administration menu on Jira 
2. Go to Look and Feel menu
3. Update Drop-down menu item - text color to white (#ffffff)
4. Navigate to any project ->Project Settings

Expected Results

The Issue types dropdown text in the Project Settings are visible and are not impacted by the color change

Actual Results

The Issue types dropdown text in the Project Settings is hidden (white text on white background)

Workaround

1. Choose a different colour for the "Drop-down menu item - text colour" that is not white.
2. Click the revert button to restore the default color settings.
