Issue Summary

No means to control moving content in the "Jira Credits 🌍" modal dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Home" page.
2. Navigate to the header section.
3. Navigate to the "Help" > "Jira Credits" buttons and activate them > a modal appears.
4. Navigate to the moving content in the "Jira Credits 🌍" modal dialog.
5. Observe there is no option to control the movement.

Actual Results

No means provided for users to stop/pause and play the moving content present in the "Jira Credits 🌍" modal dialog that becomes available on activating the "Help" and "Jira Credits" buttons in the header section.

This will result in users with attention deficit disorder, low vision, screen reader users and keyboard-only users to have difficulty in accessing the content.

Expected Results

Users should be provided with an option to control the moving content. Provide users with an option to control the moving content through stop/pause and play buttons. Alternatively, ensure the movement stops automatically after five seconds.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
