Summary

The "Test Connection" button is greyed out on the ⚙ > Applications > Application Links page, making it impossible to test any application link, such as:

• outgoing links used to configure Incoming/outgoing mail servers
• outgoing links used to integrate Jira with Gitlab

Note about the impacted version

• Bug non replicable on Jira versions below 10.2.0
• The bug was introduced in Jira 10.2.0

Steps to replicate

1. Go to the page ⚙ > Applications > Application links
2. Create a new outgoing link to an external non-Atlassian application such as Microsoft, as per Configure an outgoing link
3. After saving the outgoing link configuration, try to test the new application link by using the 'Test Connection' button

Expected results

The button should be clickable and not greyed out.
