Issue Summary
When attempting to execute the Jira Update Check within UPM to validate if apps are compatible, you are never presented with the different versions to choose. Instead you are always just shown that you are on the most current version of Jira.
This has been replicated in Jira 9.12.x and higher in the version 9 release. It can also be replicated in Jira 10.0.0, 10.1.x branches. But cannot be replicated in Jira 10.2.x and 10.3.x at this time.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Jira instance of any version 10.1.x or lower.
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Apps > Manage Apps
- Select Jira Update Check
Expected Results
This is should give you a version to select to be able to check app compatibility.
Actual Results
You are always presented with an image noting that you are on the latest release of Jira.
Workaround
You can validate app compatibility manually by going to each apps individual Marketplace listing and choosing the Explore Data Center versions option in the lower right corner.
