Remove meaningless log of 'Dropped 0 obsolete fields' in atlassian-greenhopper.log

      The errors like below are output  to atlassian-greenhopper.log in every 30 mins.

      2024-12-20 01:37:45,725 Caesium-1-4 ERROR ServiceRunner     [greenhopper.manager.lexorank.LexoRankManagerImpl] Dropped 0 obsolete fields

      I think the number or '0' should indicate no problem, it should not be output as error.
      To avoid customer's confusing, It is better to be output only when the number is not '0'.
