When viewing the CDN page for Jira, the jquery plugin gives a warning as possibly incompatible

      Issue Summary

      When a user on Jira DC 9.12.x or greater navigates to the Content Delivery Network page, the jquery plugin produces a warning of possible incompatibility with CDN usage.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On a Jira DC instance 9.12.12 or greater, open the Content Delivery Network page (Jira Administration> System > Advanced > Content Delivery Network).
      2. Notice a card warning for jquery compatibility with the CDN.
      3. jqury plugin version is 2.2.4.13 , which is the current version for Jira 9.12.12

      Expected Results

      jquery can be used on Jira using CDN

      Actual Results

      On the Content Delivery Network Screen a card with the following text was shown to the user:

      "
      User-installed apps may not be compatible
      The following apps rely on deprecated code which can lead to problems when caching assets. jquery

      "

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
