When using recover admin functionality the recovery username is not present on login form

      Issue Summary

      The username to use with recovery password is not presented to user in the UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. With Jira stopped, on each node, set the recovery password in <Jira app>/bin/setenv.sh (in case of linux) with the flag
        -Datlassian.recovery.password=<your-password>
      2. Start Jira.

      Expected Results

      The username is presented in the login form.

      Actual Results

      There is no username to be found on login form.

      Workaround

      You can obtain the username to log in from the logs.
