At the moment, comment box expands when a long text is entered in it. Even though it improves readability of the comment, at times it takes up major part of the window. It would be good if we had option to configure/customise the size & behaviour of comment box.

In other words, a setting can be added where admin can disable the behaviour where comment box expands when long text is entered. So that size of comment box remains the same even when long text is entered as a comment.
