Uploading the "Zendesk Support for Jira" 3.0.29 .jar file can cause Jira to hang *Intermittent

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable the app upload functionality in the UPM. 
      2. Upload the "Zendesk Support for Jira" version 3.0.29 .jar file.
      3. Intermittently, the upload will cause Jira to hang during app installation. 

      App package: Zendesk Support for Jira 3.0.29 https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1211941/version/10000520

      Symptoms: When uploading this app package, sometimes it will cause Jira to hang and the package installation will not finish. It also logs weird entries in the logs with an app ID and no timestamp, vendor name, app name, etc.

      Expected Results

      No impact on performance, app is installed and enabled.

      Actual Results

      The App ID and status is shown in the logs but with no timestamps:

      Workaround

      Customers can directly add the .jar file into the installed-plugins directory and restart the node to load the app.
