Issue Summary

The “Search” and “Search object types” input fields lacks search functionality.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the “Amador” project and select it.
2. Navigate to the “Raise a request” link present in the side navigation and activate it.
3. On the “Help center” page navigate “IT help" link and activate it.
4. Now, navigate to the “Browse” button present in the main content area and activate it.
5. Observe a “Select Affected Business Service” modal dialog gets add on the page.
6. Using Screen reader, navigate to the mentioned input fields.
7. Observe that the mentioned input fields lacks search functionality.

Actual Results

As soon as user starts entering data in the “Search” and “Search object types” input fields, neither suggestions are getting automatically populated below the input fields nor any results are found for the search “Business Services”. Although this interaction is easier to understand for sighted users, it is not intuitive for screen reader users.

Expected Results

All the users are impacted due the lack of functionality associated with the “Search” and “Search object types” input fields.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
