Issue Summary

Ability to customize the positioning of the Jira custom fields in the View Issue screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Select List (Single Choice) custom field called Assigned group
2. Assign an existing group to it during Issue creation
3. Go to the View Issue screen
4. Custom field shows under the Details section

Expected Results

Customer would like the ability to move the custom field positioning to the People section so that the Assigned Group field shows next to the Assignee field. Screenshot above

Actual Results

Currently, the custom field shows under the details section.

Workaround

If the custom field is created with a type of Group picker custom field, then it will show up under the People section instead of the Details section
