Issue Summary

The comment added entry in the Activity section of a Jira issue gets removed when the comment is deleted

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup jira
2. Create an issue
3. Add a comment for the issue
4. Go to Activity section and verify that an entry has been added for the new comment
5. Go to Comment section and delete the comment which was added 
6. Go to Activity section and verify the entries

Expected Results

The comment added entry should be present in the Activity section

Actual Results

A comment added entry gets removed from the Activity section

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
