The Jira PDF preview doesn't display some ligatures correctly for German language

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Frontify security controls with the German language, from their official site: https://www.frontify.com/en/security/
   • https://2035494.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/2035494/Frontify-security_controls_whitepaper-de.pdf
   • PDF attached in case the site is updated.
   • Same behavior with the English version, search for words with ligature "tt".
2. Spin up a vanilla Jira instance and attach this PDF to any Jira Issue.

Expected Results

Display the ligature "tt" in all web browsers.

It works perfectly in Safari

Actual Results

In web browsers like Chrome and Firefox it breaks:

The below exception is thrown in the console log while using the web browser developer tools:

The provided value 'moz-chunked-arraybuffer' is not a valid enum value of type XMLHttpRequestResponseType.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
