Hello Team,

Currently users can log any number of work hours in the issues as compared to "Estimated time" in hours when time tracking is enabled and estimation units is "Original Time Estimate". Consider following use case:

Estimated time: 24hours
The logged time should be limited to "Estimated time" hours; logging more than 24hours should not be permitted.

Sometimes, this affects the better tracking of the efforts as users can log any number of hours as they feel right and might result in lot of redundant efforts for Scrum Masters and Product Owners when it comes to planning capacity.

Suggestion:

Implement a functionality to restrict users from logging more work hours then the "Estimated time". If required logging more time, the issues need to be re-estimated to allow the same.
