Update the bundled tomcat and java version pages with the latest information

The Apache tomcat 9.0.91(which resolves some vulnerability issues) has been bundled with 9.4.25, 9.12.12, 9.17.2 and 10 Jira versions but the above pages don't reflect any of those changes. Request that this be updated so that the customers using these pages would have the latest information.
