Given a Jira ticket with multiple attachments users should be able to organize the attachments into some kind of hierarchy, be it folders or some other tree like structure.
An important aspect of this feature is that the tree like structure is amenable to changes i.e. users should be able to change the structure as time goes by and not get locked by the choice they made on day one.
