      Problem

      Share dialog does not accept email addresses with an apostrophe, which affects users who may have such characters in their email address, especially when it may affect other languages.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open the share dialog for an issue or a search result.
      2. In the share dialog, enter an email address that contains an apostrophe.

      Expected Result:
      The email address should be accepted.

      Expected Results

      JIRA complains that the email address is invalid.

      Actual Results

      JIRA doesn't display error when the email address is used.

      Jira currently allows apostrophes in email addresses during the user's creation.
