Description
I'm just wondering if I've set something up incorrectly. I re-opened an issue, and the resolution shows "Fixed", not "Unresolved". The change history shows I re-opened it from the Status "Verified" which is my intermediate step between Open/Re-opened and Closed in my workflow. I've attached my workflow as well. I notice the different ID's for Re-open issue. I also notice I have a different transition view screen, but I'm not sure what I've done wrong. All I know is that if I re-open a Verified issue, it doesn't reset to Unresolved. On my test system I tried creating a new workflow where the Transition for Reopen Issue also showed "Transition View: Assign Issue Screen". But it didn't seem to help. Would you be able to direct me to what I have done wrong?
