Issue Summary
When reassigning an issue from the Board Issue Detailed View, the Days In Column dots are displayed even with the Global Configuration for Days In Column disabled.
This seems to occur for boards that previously enabled the Days In Column before disabling the Global Configuration for Days In Column.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Board > Configure > check the Days in Column option.

- The Days in Column Dots will be displayed in the board.

- Navigate to
> Applications > Jira Software Configuration and uncheck the Global Days in Column option.

- The Days in Column Dots will no longer be displayed on the board. The option on the Board configuration will no longer be displayed as well.


- Click on Issue Card to open the Issue Detailed View > Reassign an Issue
Expected Results
- The Days in Column Dots should not be displayed on the board as the Global Configuration is Disabled
Actual Results
- The Days in Column Dots are displayed on the board.
Workaround
- Refreshing the page should remove the Days in Column Dots.
- Re-enable the Global Days In Column configuration and then disable the Days In Column Board Configuration.
- Navigate to
> Applications > Jira Software Configuration and check (Re-enable) the Global Days in Column option. - Navigate to the affected board > Configure > uncheck the Days in Column option.
- Confirm that it is no longer showing on the Board.
- Navigate back to the Jira Software Configuration and uncheck (disable again the Global config) the Days in Column option.
- Confirm that the dots are still not showing on the board and the re-assign issue no longer occurs.
