      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no) - Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a Jira issue and then navigate to the comments tab.
      2. Switch to Text mode and then @ mention a user and then add the user.
      3. Now move to the next line and again try to @ mention and try typing in a user's name.
      4. The user picker field suggestions completely cover the text that the user is trying to type, so the user isn't able to see what they are typing.

      Expected Results

Like in Visual mode, the user should be able to see what they are typing.

      Actual Results

The user is unable to see what they are typing. The curser is in the next line where the user is typing another name and the suggestions are completely covering what the user is typing.

      Workaround

The user can switch to Visual mode.
