      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Jira v9.12.7 or earlier
      2. Use MS SQL 2022

      Expected Results

      Jira should pass this as its a supported database based on our support guidelines

      Actual Results

      Name: Supported database
      NodeId: null
      Is healthy: false
      Failure reason: SQL Server 16.00.4125 is not supported. You should migrate to a supported database version.
