Issue Summary

SpellCheck is not working inside Table in Issue Comment section.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an Issue comment section
2. Insider a Table
3. Add Text inside the Table boxes
4. try adding a word like incorrect spell

Expected Results

Jira should highligh the Text and right click on the Text should give alternate correct keywords in drop-down

Actual Results

Jira highlighs the Text however, doesn't show relatable Text in drop-down

Workaround

Workaround will be to copy the Text and paste it outside the table on comment section and then spellcheck would work. Correct the Text and copy back to Table.
