Issue Summary

As an Administrator, I want to setup multiple outgoing-mail servers in Jira in order to provide redundancy in my data center environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Outgoing Mail from Settings > System > Outgoing Mail
2. Setup an Outgoing Mail Server
3. After saving the configuration, try to setup a second outgoing mail server for redundancy and high-availability

Expected Results

As a Jira administrator, I am able to create multiple outgoing mail servers.

Actual Results

There is no option to create a second outgoing mail server

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
