Time fields (Original Estimate, Remaining Estimate, Time Spent) in excel are shown in seconds - seconds-precision is a little excessive.

      Its not a big deal - but precision in seconds is probably more accurate than it needs to be...

      (IIRC, it used to be minutes in J2.5.3)
