Summary

Assignee candidates are not suggested in Assign dialog if internal comment tab is selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issuen
2. Click Assign button
3. Select Internal comment tab in Assignee dialog
4. Click Assignee drop down

Expected Results

Assignee candidates are suggested correctly.

Actual Results

Assignee candidates are not suggested at all.

Note

• Once you click Assignee drop down before selecting Internal comment tab, assignee candidates are suggested as expected even though you select Internal comment tab after that
• As far as I checked, this problem was reproducible with Safari, Chrome and Firefox

Workaround

Please click Assignee drop down before selecting Internal comment tab.
