Issue Summary

When using NVDA with Firefox or JAWS with Chrome for Windows, the screen reader does not recognize if there is a Flag set on the issue in a Kanban or Scrum board.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a Kanban or Scrum board.
• Highlight an issue.
• In the issue detail view, click on the (...) in the upper right.
• Select Flag issue or Flag and Comment.
• The issue will then appear highlighted in the board with a flag icon.

Expected Results

When the screen reader is reading issues in the board, it should also announce the Flag on the issue.

Actual Results

When the screen reader is reading issues in the board, it does not announce the Flag that is set. 

This can lead to not identifying Flagged issues.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
