Jira Dashboard Columns Text does not always wrap when using Multiselect Custom Fields

Environment

9.12.4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom multi-select custom field (User Picker-Multi Select)
2. Create an issue with a new field and select several values
3. Create a dashboard and the custom field as a column
4. Resize browser text to different percentages
5. Notice that at some percentages the text gets cut off and there is no clear indication that the text continues.

Expected Results

The text Should wrap and continue on a second line.

Actual Results

Text is cut off
