Option to update View permission to any logged-in users without overwriting Edit permission 

At the moment, when we try to update View permission to any logged-in users in the filter, It wipes out the existing permission. 

we are able to update the View permission using the below but it overwrites the edit permission.

So it would be good to have the option to update without overwriting.
