Provide red highlighting on all missing fields when using a customer portal

Currently, when using custom fields on a Customer Portal, if there are drop down options, multi selects, or other custom fields which are not filled in, Jira will use a pop out that states "Please fill out this field" until all of these are filled in.

Once those are filled out and other required text fields are left empty will Jira highlight the rest of the fields in the UI.
