When a user copy-paste a text in the comment field (Text mode), it automatically scrolls up existing comments

      Issue Summary

      When a user copy and paste a text in the comment field (text mode), it will scrolls the existing comment. This doesnt affect visual mode.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      The Issue is not happening in 9.9 version

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add 10 comments or 3 comments with minimum of 3-4 text lines per comments (so the comment will go beyond the boarder of the browser window)
      2. Load comment field > text mode
      3. 2 options
        1. Copy paste a text in the comment field
        2. Switch a few times between "text" and "visual" mode

      Expected Results

      The existing comment will not get scrolled up.

      Actual Results

      The existing comment will get scrolled up. There's no broken functionality either.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
