The issue webhooks do not support authentication.  We aimed to use them for replicate the data changes in external system, however, as we can't validate the webhook authenticity, this method becomes unusable.

The similar issue was already fix for Jira Cloud by introducing webhook header secret.

Please introduce more security into the system and add webhooks authentication.
