Issue Summary

Week 2 from 2024 is missing from the Date picker fields when the first day of the week is Monday.
The first day of the week in the date / date & time fields is controlled by the locale so the issue is present only for some languages - usually europeans.

This issue doesn't happen when the first day of the week is Sunday.

Steps to Reproduce

• Set the Default language to one that has Monday as a first day of week, i.e. Polish. 

• Open any Date picker field on the issue screen and navigate to January 2024.

The week numbers are shown in consecutive order: 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5:

The week number 2 is missing and the week numbers are shown as 1, 3, 4, 5, 6:

Enable the setting "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" using the steps here.
