Description
Issue Summary
When we do a bulk edit for the issues that have the same request type, in the bulk edit screen the value for the Change Customer Request Type field is selected default.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Select all the issues that have the same request type in the JQL issue search. Click on the bulk edit section.
- On the operation page, you will see this bug
Expected Results
The change Customer Request Type field should give the option to select the necessary option.
Actual Results
The Change Customer Request Type field value is selected by default.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
