Issue Summary

On "Find an issue" page, the color contrast is insufficient for "Once per day", "Every 3 hours", "Every 2 hours" and so on options (when focused, hovered or selected). 

Note : Similar issue is found on "Edit current permission" page (appears on activating "Edit permissions" link in details modal).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open above page.
2. Save any filter. 
3. Activate "Details" link. 
4. Activate "New Subscription" link. 
5. Navigate through page using keyboard. 
6. Activate "Recipients", "Interval", "at" and so on buttons. 
7. Observe options when selected, hovered or on focus.
8. Use any color contrast testing tool to check the color contrast.
9. Observe that the options have insufficient contrast ratio.

The "Once per day", "Every 3 hours", "Every 2 hours" and so on options (when focused, hovered or selected) fail the minimum color contrast requirements with its background color.

Contrast ratio: 2.7:1

This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to read standard text elements that have insufficient contrast.

Expected Results

The contrast ratio between foreground text and background for the standard text should be sufficient.

On all pages, ensure that each foreground/background color combination presents a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for standard text.
