Issue Summary
The selection status is not communicated to the users of screen reader when any of the option is selected in the "Viewers" and "Editors" editable comboboxs.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "Find an issue | Edit current filter:" page.
- Navigate to the main content.
- Using screen reader, navigate to the mentioned comboboxes and select any of the option.
- Listen the screen reader's announcement.

Actual Results
When the screen reader users navigate to the "Viewers" and "Editors" editable comboboxs and choose any of the option, the selected status is not communicated by screen reader.
As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to interact with the selected value in the comboboxs.
Expected Results
The selected status should communicated by the screen reader when the users select any value from the mentioned comboboxes. This will help screen reader users to understand the selected status of the comboboxes.
