      Actual Results

The “Edit current filters" heading does not follow the visual structure of the page. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 2 (<h2>) instead of heading level 1 (<h1>).

As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the structure of the content present on the page.

      Expected Results

The heading levels should be announced as per the visual hierarchy by the screen reader to understand the page structure for their users.

The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings. Provide appropriate heading levels to the mentioned heading text, such as <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, and so on.

      Code example:

      <h1>Edit current filters</h1>
