Issue Summary

On "Find an issue" page, the focus is not clearly visible for "Daily", "Days per week", "Days per month" and so on form fields when they are selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open above page.
2. Save any filter. 
3. Activate "Details" link. 
4. Activate "New subscription" link. 
5. Navigate through modal using keyboard. 
6. Observe that the focus is not clearly visible when form fields are selected.

Focus is not clearly visible for the "Daily", "Days per week", "Days per month" and so on form fields when they are selected. A clear focus indicator is not visually available as user tabs through these links using a keyboard.
As a result, users with learning and mobility impairments as well as those with and low vision will not be able to easily find out which element currently has the focus.

Expected Results

Focus indicator should be clearly visible while navigating between the links using a keyboard.

Set the CSS outline property for the mentioned links to ensure that clear focus indication is available for users.
