Description
Issue Summary
When administrators create a custom field and incorporate it into the project, they are not able to add the field if it originated from a third-party app.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Custom Field using a Third-party App
- Link the field to the appropriate project and ensure it's working on the required screens
- Setup an issue collector in the project
- Try to add the custom field to the Issue Collector that was created using the third-party app
Expected Results
Custom field is available in the list generated by the Issue Collector Screen
Actual Results
Custom Fields from third-party apps are not listed in the Issue Collector Screen
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
