Issue Summary

When the user activates any of the checkboxes (become available on activating "Attachments options" button) the focus moves inappropriately to top the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the “View issue“ page.
2. Navigate to the "Attachments options" button present in the main content area and activate it.
3. Navigate onto the "Sort by name", "Sort by date", "Ascending", "Descending" and so on checkboxes and activate any of it.
4. Observe that the focus moves to the top of the page instead of triggering button.

Actual Results

When screen reader users activate any of the mentioned checkboxes, the keyboard focus moves to the top of the page instead of moving back to the "Attachments options" button.

As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users will have to navigate the page content again in order to reach desired content.

Expected Results

Ensure that when the user activate any of the mentioned checkboxes, the keyboard focus should move back to the triggering element i.e. "Attachments options" button.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
