Find an issue | Basic Mode: Decorative images not hidden from screen readers

    Issue Summary

    The decorative image/icon (that becomes available on activating "Resolution: Unresolved" button) in the main content area.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Open any project. 
    2. Activate "Issues" button in the header section and select "Search for issues" option.
    3. Navigate to the main content.
    4. Navigate to the "Resolution: Unresolved" button and activate it.
    5. Using screen reader, navigate to the decorative image.
    6. Notice that the decorative images receive screen reader focus and no textual description is announced.

    Actual Results

    Decorative images/icons are not hidden from screen readers. As a result these images receive screen reader focus.

    Expected Results

    Ensure that decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Hide the icon using aria-hidden="true" attribute on the <span> element.
