Issue Summary
On "Find an issue", the heading level 5 defined for "admin@fakeatlassian.com
" link and "4:21 AM - Friday - UTC" text unnecessarily (becomes available on activating "Show user info" button).
Note : This issue is found on "Basic" and "Advanced" mode.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any project.
- Activate "Issues" button in the header section and select "Search for issues" option.
- Activate "Show user info" button.
- Observe that the non-modal appears.
- Navigate through modal using screen reader or the code.
- Observe that the heading defined unnecessarily for mentioned elements

Actual Results
The "admin@fakeatlassian.com
" link and "4:21 AM - Friday - UTC" text element are marked up as a heading unnecessarily. However, it does not constitute as a heading on the page. This will create confusion for screen reader users about the content structure.
Expected Results
Screen reader should not identify the text as a heading for their users.
Remove the heading mark-up from the mentioned content. If required, use CSS to maintain the presentation of the page.
