Issue Summary

The content available on hovering over "Quick filters" is not hoverable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Kanban board" page.
2. Hover the mouse on the mentioned instance.
3. Try to move the mouse pointer on the additional content.
4. Observe that the additional content disappears.

Actual Results

Additional content becomes available when users hover over with a mouse or when their keyboard focus moves on "Use quick filters to view a..."  is not hoverable when the mouse pointer is moved to the additional content.

As a result, users with low vision found it difficult to access the additional content.

Expected Results

When the user triggers the additional content, then the mouse pointer can be moved over the additional content without the content disappearing.

Modify the scripts associated with the additional content to ensure that it remains visible when the mouse pointer is hovered over the content.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
